At CultNeverDies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your underground fashion; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact to be eligible for a refund.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Pack Securely

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly written on the outside of the parcel.

Ship the Package

Send your return using a tracked shipping service to our distribution center; please retain your tracking number until the return is processed.

Processing & Refund

Once our team inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
